OM01脱墨剂在ONP/OMG脱墨生产中的应用

摘　　要：研究了液态复合型浮选法脱墨剂OM01在浙江某厂废旧报纸和杂志纸（ONP／OMG）脱墨生产线（350t／d）上的应用情况，从使用效果和经济效益两方面与之前用的韩国皂类脱墨剂进行了对比。结果表明：在原有脱墨工艺不变情况下，OM01使用后，浮选纸浆白度增益值较皂类脱墨剂高1．9％～2．2％ISO，油墨去除率较皂类脱墨剂高50％～50％，成浆的L＊、a＊、b＊色相值与皂类脱墨剂相当，且吨浆脱墨剂使用成本较皂类脱墨剂降低25％。The application of liquid compound flotation deinking agent OM01 in the old newspaper/magazine （ONP/OMG） DIP production line （350t/d） in Zhejiang was researched in this paper, and the deinking effect and economic benefits between OM01 and Korean soap-Na deinking agent used in the DIP line before were compared. The results show that when OM01 was used to substitute the Korean soap-Na under the same process conditions, the brightness gain value of flotation pulp is higher than the Korean soap-Na by 1.9%-2.2% ISO, ink removal yield is higher than the Korean soap-Na by 30% -50% and L＊, a＊, b＊ values of flotation pulp are comparably same to those before the substitution. Furthermore, the final pulp production cost of OM01 is reduced by 25% compared to Korean soap-Na.
