摘　　要：以武警黄金第二支队哈达门沟矿区六中队近几年钻探成本预算执行情况为例,对钻探成本的预算、预算成本的执行与考核等内容进行多角度阐述,为强化黄金部队成本预算管理提供有效途径。the paper takes the drilling costs of No. 6 detachment of No. 2 gold geological party in Hadamengou mining district for example, elaborated the budget of drilling cost and the execution and assessment of the budgeted cost, enhancing the budget management of drilling cost for the gold geological parties.
