摘  要:对最新T800弹性纱线的微观结构及力学性能进行研究。采用扫描电镜对T800弹性纱线的横截面和纵向结构进行分析,采用Nicolet 5700红外测试仪测试其红外光谱,推断其含有I、Cl、F和N元素,而普通涤纶大分子链只含有C、H、O;采用DSC测试并计算其结晶度为5.8%,可推断出纤维大分子、基原纤排列不是很规整,缝隙空洞大且多,同时测试并比较3种不同线密度的T800弹性纱线的拉伸和弹性性能,得出其线密度越小,强度和弹性越大。通过对3种规格T800弹性纱线的微观结构和力学性能的研究,得出8.33 tex纱线综合性能最好。The microstructures and mechanical properties of the latest T800 elastic yarn were studied. Cross section and longitudinal surfaee were observed by SEM. Nieolet 5700 IR speetrography was used to test the IR spectrogram of T800 filament, which indicated the elements of I, C1, F and N were included, but the regular PET maeromolecular chain contains only three elements C, H, O. Then DSC was employed to test the fiber's crystallinity of 5.8%, and it could be extrapolated that the fiber macromoleeule, matrix fibrils' arrangement wasn't very regular, with many large crevice holes. Meanwhile, comparison of tensile strength and elasticity was conducted between three kinds of T800 with different linear densities, and it was found that the smaller the linear density, the greater the tensile strength and elasticity. Examination of the microstructure and mechanical properties of the three kinds of T800 elastic yarn showed that the TS00 elastic yarn with a linear density of 8.33 tex has the best comprehensive properties.
