摘 要:为研究分析异形涤纶织物的吸湿性能,选取三叶形涤纶织物和普通涤纶织物,采用自制的实验装置,模拟不同温度、湿度条件,测定三叶形涤纶织物和普通涤纶织物的吸湿特性和芯吸效应。分析环境温度、湿度对织物吸湿性能的影响;探讨织物的经纬向芯吸高度及芯吸速率。结果表明:织物的含水率随温度升高而减小,随湿度增大而增大;三叶形涤纶织物的吸湿速率和平衡含水率都比普通涤纶织物大,特别是低温高湿情况下优势更明显;三叶形涤纶织物的液态水传递性能优于普通涤纶织物,芯吸速率比普通涤纶织物高,经向织物芯吸能力优于纬向织物芯吸能力。This study was devoted to investigate the process of moisture absorption of trilobal polyester fabric. Trefoil polyester fabric and ordinary polyester fabric were selected, whose moisture absorption and wicking effect were tested using a homemade experimental apparatus by simulating different temperature and humidity conditions. The influence of the ambient temperature and humidity on the fabric moisture absorption performance was analyzed, as well as both the warpwise / weftwise wicking height and wicking rate. Research results showed that the moisture content of the fabric decreases with temperature rising, and increases with the increasing of humidity; the moisture absorption rate and equilibrium moisture content of trilobal polyester fabrics is greater than those of ordinary polyester fabrics, especially in low temperature and high humidity conditions; trilobal polyester fabrics have better liquid water transfer performance and higher wicking rate than ordinary polyester fabrics, and their warpwise wicking ability outperforms the weftwise.
