摘 要:为安全生产,设计了一种用于防护金属雷管爆炸破片的织物,该织物由超高分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)和苎麻2种纱线构成双层袋状结构,每个袋内嵌入10 mm×60 mm规格的碳纤维树脂复合片材(CFR)。在自制雷管爆炸实验装置上,将该织物与未嵌入CFR片的双层袋状织物和CFR裸片对比。实验结果表明:织物防爆能力主要由CFR和UHMWPE承担;未嵌入CFR片时织物中UHMWPE易因熔融被破坏;裸CFR片对破片阻挡能力较差;嵌入CFR片后的袋状织物对815雷管破片的阻挡率提高了55.6%,UHMWPE被熔融而破坏的现象明显降低,但袋与袋间隙处仍易被破片穿透。For the sake of production safety, a kind of fabric is specially designed for protection of human body from metal detonator explosion fragments. The fabric is fabricated by double-layer pouch structure constructed by two kinds of yarn, i.e. UHMWPE and ramie. In each pouch a CFR of 10 mm x60 mm size is embedded. Comparative experiments of the control and this fabric using the researchers made detonator explosion test equipment showed that the explosion protective ability is mainly attributed to CFR and UHMWPE; the control's UHMWPE is apt to melt and damage without the embedded CFR; bare CFR chips perform poor in shielding against explosive fragments; and the fabric embedded with CFR has gained a 55.6% improvement in its shielding rate against 815 detonator fragments, with significant reduction in UHMWPE melting and damage, but 1Lhe space between pouches is apt to be penetrated by fragments.
