摘  要:目的了解佛山地区产青霉素酶淋球菌(PPNG)TEM-1基因和高度耐四环素淋球菌(TRNG)tetM基因分子流行情况。方法采用纸片酸度法检测PPNG,琼脂稀释法检测TRNG。建立PCR方法分别扩增TEM-1基因和tetM基因,电泳分析其质粒谱型。结果 98株临床分离淋球菌青霉素和四环素耐药率分别为96.9%和94.9%,共检出PPNG 34株(34.7%),TRNG 63株(64.3%)。质粒分型结果显示PPNG中亚洲型30株(88.2%),非洲型4株(11.8%),未检出多伦多/里约型,TRNG均携带荷兰型质粒。讨论佛山地区PPNG大多数携带亚洲型质粒,少见非洲型质粒,TRNG均为携带荷兰型tetM基因的流行株。Objective To investigate the molecular epidemiology of TEM-l encoding gene in penicillinase producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae and lelM gene in high level tetracycline resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae, and assess the epidemic situation of Neisseria gonorrhoeae in Foshan. Methods PPNG were detected by paper acidometric method and TRNG by an agar dilution method. Two polymerase chain reactions were used to amplify the TEM-1 gene and tetM gene, respectively. Then analysis of the plasmid profiles of TEM-1 in PPNG and telM in TRNG were used by electrophoresis. Results The drug resistance rate ofpenicilline and tetracycline is 96.9% and 94.9%, respectively. 34 (34.7%) PPNG strains and 63 (64.3%) TRNG strains were detected in 98 clinical isolated Neisseria gonorrhoeae strains. And the results of distributing of plasmid profiles showed that 30 strains with Asian, 4 strains with African and no strain with Rio/Toronto plasmid in PPNG. Only Dutch plasmid was detected in TRNG. Conclusions Asian plasmid is the major popular in PPNG but African plasmid is rare, and all of the TRNG carrying Dutch plasmid.
