摘  要:该文通过喷雾干燥法处理丹参酮组分,以期提高组分的体外溶出度,采用比表面积测定(BET)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、扫描电镜法(SEM)、X-射线粉末衍射法(XRD)等技术对喷雾干燥后的丹参酮粉末进行物性表征,并考察其体外溶出度。表征结果显示喷雾干燥后的丹参酮粉末粒径减小、比表面积增大、药物主要以非晶形式存在;在4 h内丹参酮组分中丹参酮I、丹参酮IIA的累积溶出度分别达到78.3%,81.9%。因此采用喷雾干燥法处理丹参酮组分有利于提高其溶出度。In order to improve the dissolution in vitro of components by processing tanshinone with the pray drying method, the physical properties of tanshinone power was analyzed by BET, differential scanning calofimetry, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray powder diffraction, and its dissolution in vitro was also investigated. The results of characterization showed decreased power size and increased specific surface area of tanshinone powder, and its existence in an amorphous state. Within 4 h, the accumulated dissolutions of tanshinone I and tanshinone 11 A in components of tanshinone reached 78.3% , 81.9% , respectively. Therefore, the spraydrying method was conducive to enhance the dissolution of components of tanshinone.
