摘　　要：介绍了开发低碳贝氏体钢CW590L中宽带的工艺流程、生产工艺,其特点是以微量的Nb、Ti含量(是其它厂家同级别钢种的1/2)达到相近力学性能,以降低生产成本。同时根据近几千吨合格带钢成品的生产实践表明,该工艺方案能很好满足该钢种的需要。探索出了具有特色的低碳贝氏体热轧中宽带钢生产工艺。This article describes the development of low carbon bainitic steel Chuanwei Group CW590L in the broadband process, production process, characterized by the small amount of Nb, Ti content （by oth- er manufacturers of steel with the level of 1 / 2） to achieve similar mechanical performance and lower production costs.
