摘 要:运用定量RBI方法对两套延迟焦化装置进行风险评估,通过对比新旧两套延迟焦化装置的风险情况,发现设备材质是影响风险差异的关键因素,在工艺、原料变化不大的情况下,材质的合理选择能够显著降低设备发生失效的可能性,从而降低设备风险,复合钢板的广泛使用不仅能够有效地降低失效发生的可能性,还能降低设备制造成本。影响两套装置的风险差异因素还包含资料完整性、管理情况、投用时间、检验有效性、设计的不合理问题及安装制造时材料的不规范代用问题等。通过风险评估,可以针对关键设备、关键区域进行有效的监测,减少设备失效事故的发生。最后对延迟焦化装置重点腐蚀区域的设备管理及风险评估报告的使用提出了建议。The risks of two delayed coking units were assessed by RBI analysis. The comparison ot risks ot new and old cletayecl coking units found that the material of equipment was the import factor affecting the risks. At the conditions of no great variations of process conditions and feedstocks, the proper material selection for equipment could apparently lower the possibility of equipment failure and reduce the equipment risks. The application of composite steel plates could reduce not only the possibility of equipment failure but also the fabrication cost of equipment. The factors affecting the risk difference between the two units also included completeness of information, management, time of commissioning, effectiveness of inspection, improper equipment design and replacement of materials in equipment manufacturing. Through the risk assessment, the critical equipment and critical areas could be effectively monitored and accidents from equipment failures could be minimized through risk assessment. Recommendations for the equipment management in the corrosion area of delayed eoking unit and use of risk assessment report were finally proposed.
