摘  要:普光气田阴极保护系统是管道腐蚀防护的重要组成部分,阴极保护电位至关重要,为判断管道是否正常受保护的参数之一。在生产运行中发现,目前大部分阴极保护测试桩的信号无法准确传输到阴极保护智能监测服务器。从阴极保护测试桩的信号传输过程出发,从阀室远程终端控制系统(RTU)到中控室的传输信号大部分正确,而阴极保护测试桩的参比电极到阀室RTU之间信号传输问题严重,分析其原因主要集中于阴极保护测试桩。针对传输问题,提出将阴极保护测试桩的测试传输元件组合成功能块,并安装到阀室的机柜间内。试验结果表明,这一措施圆满解决了普光气田阴极保护系统信号传输问题。Cathodic protection system is an important system for pipeline corrosion protection in Puguang Gas Field. Cathodic protection potential is crucial and is one of the parameters to determine whether pipeline is in good protection. Most signals of cathodic protection test piles cannot be accurately transmitted to the cathodic protection monitoring server in the operation. According to the signal transmission process of cathodic protection test piles, it is pointed out that most of signals transmitted from Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) of valve house to the Central Control Room (CCR) are correct. Whereas, serious transmission problems are found between reference electrode of cathodic protection test piles and RTU of valve house. The causes are mainly concentrated in cathodic protection test piles. To solve transmission problem, function module, which is combined by transmission elements of test piles, is installed in the valve house. Field tests show that this measure has successfully solved the problems of the signal transmission of cathodic protection system.
