QQ群在出院后肾脏疾病患者延续护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨QQ群在出院后肾脏疾病患者延续护理中的应用。方法将70例出院的肾脏疾病患者按随机数字表法分为2组:干预组和对照组,每组35例。2组均采用出院后常规护理。在此基础上,干预组采用QQ群延续护理。采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定简表(WHOQOL-BREF量表)、自制的疾病知识掌握度调查表和自制的对护士满意度调查表分别对2组出院时、出院6个月后的生存质量、疾病知识掌握度和对护士满意度进行调查。结果干预组出院6个月后的生理领域、心理领域、生存质量综合得分、疾病知识掌握度得分和对护士满意率均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05),干预组出院6个月后的社会关系领域、环境领域得分与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论应用QQ群对出院的肾脏疾病患者进行不间断的延续护理可取得较好的效果。合理利用了人力资源和时间资源,增进了护患感情,提高了患者的生存质量,丰富了优质护理内涵。Objective To explore the application of QQ group in extended-care patients with kidney disease after discharge from hospital. Methods Seventy discharged patients with kidney disease were randomly given routine care （control group,n=35）or in combination with QQ group extended-care （intervention group,n =35）.The quality of life,understanding of disease knowledge and patient satisfaction with＂ nurses were investigated at discharge and 6 months after discharge using the World Health Organization Quality of Life Short Form（WHOQOL-BREF）,self-made disease knowledge ques- tionnaires and self-made nursing satisfaction questionnaires,respectively. Results At 6 months after discharge, physiological and psychological field scores ,quality of life scores ,disease knowledge scores and nursing satisfaction scores in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0.05）.There were no significant differences in social and environmental field scores between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion QQ group is an effective way for extending care. The application of QQ group can save manpower and time resources,improve nurse-patient relationship, enhance the quality of life of patients and enrich the connotation of nursing.
