摘　　要：高职院校虽是非营利性组织,但它是一种典型的利益相关者组织,高职办学应考虑到学生和企业等利益相关方。高职旅游专业的课程设置应遵循以能力为本位的教育思想,突出对学生能力的培养。针对目前高职旅游类专业人才培养现状,在利益相关者理论和以能力为本位的教育思想指导下,提出了"专业技能+英语"的复合人才培养模式和构建路径。Higher vocational college is a typical kind of stakeholder organization, so higher vo-cational education should consider the interests of its stakeholders, such as students and related enter-prises. At the same time, courses offered for tourism specialties in higher vocational colleges should follow the ideas of CBE and put more emphasis on abilities cultivating. Accor tion of tourism talents cultivating in higher vocational colleges, under the theory and CBE, the thesis puts forward the new ＂specialized skill＋English＂ and cultivating ways. ding guid to the present situa e of the stakeholder talents cultivating model
