关节镜下肩峰下减压术微创治疗肩峰撞击征的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨采用关节镜下肩峰下减压术微创治疗肩峰撞击征的临床疗效。方法 2010年6月~2011年12月,对30例肩峰撞击征患者予以肩关节镜下减压术,并对随访结果进行统计学分析。结果 30例患者均得到了随访,平均13.5个月（6~18个月）。患者术后末次随访患肩主动前屈、外展、中立位外旋和体侧内旋均较术前均明显增加（P〈0.01）;ASES评分由术前66.5分提高到93.6分（P〈0.01）,Constant评分由63.4提高到94.2分（P〈0.01）,26例患者无疼痛残留,4例残留轻度的疼痛,所有患者均表示对手术满意。结论关节镜下肩峰下减压术微创治疗肩峰撞击征是一种可靠且有效的手术方法。【Objective】To discuss and evaluate the outcome of arthroscopic subacromial decompression（ASD） for treatment of acromial impingement. 【Methods】 Between June 2010 to December 2011,30 cases of acromial impingement were treated by ASD technique,and the results were analyzed statistically. 【Results】All the patients were reviewed and the average follow-up period was 13.5 months（6~18months）.At last follow-up, forward flexion,abduction, external rotation and internal rotation at the side were improved obviously compared to pre-operation（P 0.01）.The average ASES score（America shoulder and elbow surgeons＇ score） improved from 66.5 to 93.6（P 0.01）,and the average constant score improved from 63.4 to 94.2（P 0.01）. There was no pain left in 26 cases,but mediate pain left in 4cases.All the patients were satisfied with the operations. 【Conclusions】The ASD for treatment of acromial impingement was liable and successful.
