摘  要:心理资本属于积极心理学的范畴,是促进个体成长和绩效提升的心理资源,包括自我效能感、乐观、希望和坚韧四种要素。心理资本对青年的职业生涯有积极的预测作用。通过分析心理资本对职业生涯的影响机制,教育工作者可从引导青年正确评估自我、科学制定目标、积极归因、正确面对困境等方面,帮助青年树立乐观积极的生活态度,培养自信坚韧的心理品质,最终增强青年的职业竞争优势。Psychological capital belongs to positive psychology. It is the psychological resource to promote individual development and achievement. Psychological capital includes four elements such as self-efficiency, optimism, hope and tenacity. Psychological capital plays an active and predictive role in the youth’s careers. By analyzing psychological capital’s impact mechanism on career, educators can guide the youth in the following aspects such as assessing themselves correctly, setting aims scientifically, seeking reasons positively, and treating difficulties correctly, so as to help them set optimistic and positive attitude toward life, develop confident and tenacious psychological quality, and strengthen advantages in professional competition.
