摘　　要：当前,网络舆情在高校思想政治工作中的地位作用日益突出,直接影响着高校稳定和发展。通过对高校网络舆情信息特性的分析,结合对大学生网络舆情认知的调查结果,提出了网络舆情环境中高校思想政治工作的应对措施。At present, internet public opinions play an increasingly prominent role in the ideological and political work of higher learning institutions, which directly affects their stability and development. Through the analysis of characteristics of the internet public opinions and the survey results of students＇ cognition of the internet public opinions, the measures to be taken in the ideological and political work in the internet public opinion environment have been proposed.
