摘　　要：失地农民是指由于城市化、工业化的迅速发展而部分或全部失去土地的农民,他们是一个特殊的社会群体。如何妥善解决好他们的社会问题,对于维护社会公平正义、构建社会主义和谐社会,无疑具有重大的理论和现实意义。本文拟就甘肃部分地区失地农民社会保障问题的现状及解决的对策展开分析,为政府妥善解决好该问题提供一个参考建议。Landless Peasants are a special social group.They lost some or all of their land during the rapid development of urbanization industrialization . How to properly solve their social problems has important theoretical and practical significance to maintain social fairness and justice and build a harmonious socialist society. This paper will analyze the problems of the present situation and countermeasures of them ,at the same time ,provide some good advices for the government to solve these problems correctly.
