鬼针草不同溶媒提取物对耐药大肠杆菌抑菌效果初探

摘　　要：采用微量稀释法和中西药联合传代法,比较鬼针草不同溶媒提取液对产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)大肠杆菌的抑菌效果,结果表明,鬼针草水煮液、乙酸乙酯提取液、丙酮提取液、三氯甲烷提取液与西药联合使用时均具有良好的抑菌效用,且抑菌效果乙酸乙酯提取液>水煮液>丙酮提取液>三氯甲烷提取液,但水煮液与抗生素联合效果更好,能降低更多不同类抗生素最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。This paper researched antibacterial effect of different Bidens bipinnata L extracts against clinical ESBLs E. coli by means of micro-dilution assay and the present method of combining traditional Chinese herbs with western medicine in vitro. The results showed that it had good inhibitory effect under Bidens bipinnata L decoction, ethyl acetate extracts, acetone ex tracts and trichloromethane extracts in combination with antibiotic. And ethyl acetate extracts was the most efficient. Bidens bipinnata L decoction was the most widespread, and could reduce the MIC of different antibiotics.
