摘　　要：当前,大力推进政府网站建设运维模式的创新已成为各级政府的一种新的现实需求。调查显示,河北省政府网站建设在取得显著进步的同时,也存在一些问题。利用PPP模式建设政府网站不仅必要而且切实可行。需要指出的是,采用PPP模式建设政府网站,政府要转变观念,防范合作风险,加强法律环境和能力建设等。At present, the governments＇ vigorous promotion of the website construction operation and maintenance model of innovation at all levels of govemment has become a new reality demands. Some problems are discovered in the survey in spite of the fact that the Hebei provincial government website construction has made significant progress. Construction of government websites using the PPP mode is not only necessary but also feasible. It should be noted that the construction of government websites using the PPT mode demands the government＇ s change of concepts, prevention of the cooperation risk, strengthening of the legal environment and government capacity building.
