摘 要:以4年生红富士苹果幼树为试材,通过PEG模拟干旱设置不同的水分梯度对富士苹果枝条进行处理,实验结果表明:在不同浓度水分胁迫下光合速率都呈现单峰曲线,20%和40%浓度条件下的光合速率值高于60%和80%浓度条件下的光合速率值。各个浓度梯度在8:00达到一天内的最大值然后开始下降,并且明显要小于饱和水势条件下的光合速率值。在轻度水分胁迫下能明显促进富士苹果蒸腾速率出现"午休"现象。在盆栽条件下自然持续干旱形成水分梯度对富士苹果幼树的生理生化特性研究表明:在干旱的第3天叶片光合速率上升,随着时间的推移逐渐下降;随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,游离脯氨酸含量呈现上升的趋势;SOD、POD酶活性、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量呈先升后降的趋势;MDA含量表现出前期降低,随后逐渐升高,在末期有下降的趋势。In 2009 at the Experimental Station of Shandong Agricultural University, using 4 years old apple seedlings to drought stress for the tested material, determinated the variation of photosynthetic characteristics and physiological and bi- ochemical indicators changes discipline of Fuji apple saplings under water stress condietions, in order to understand the characteristics of stess resistance of Fuji apple under water strss. PEG simulated drought by setting different moisture gradient on Fuji apple branches for processing, experimental re- sults show that: In the different concentrations of photosynthetic rate under water stress has shown a single peak, 20% and 40% of the photosynthetic rate under the concentration higher than 60% and 80% concentration of the photosynthetic rate under the condition of value. Concentration gradient of each day from 8:00 to maximum and then began to decline, and is significantly less than the saturated water potential, photosynthetic rate under the conditions of value. In the pot continuing drought conditions, the natural moisture gradient on the formation of Fuji apple saplings study shows such physiological and biochemical characteristics: The first three days in the dry leaf photosynthetic rate in- creased, decreased over time; time with drought stress, free proline content showed an upward trend; SOD, POD activi- ty, soluble protein content, soluble sugar content first increased and then decreased ; MDA content showed a lower early, then gradually increased, in the end of a downward trend.
