摘 要:探讨干旱胁迫对红腺忍冬种苗生理生化的影响,为红腺忍冬抗旱性鉴定提供理论依据,并对种苗的筛选提供参考。采用人工控制土壤水分含量的方法,对红腺忍冬的生理特性(可溶性蛋白、丙二醛、脯氨酸、叶绿素的含量)进行研究,由此对红腺忍冬种苗的抗旱性进行初步推断。【结果】红腺忍冬在干旱胁迫下,可溶性蛋白质、叶绿素含量降低,脯氨酸、丙二醛含量升高,与对照比均达极显著差异水平(P<0.01)。扦插苗在干旱胁迫下,各生理指标的变化幅度均小于种子苗。四个生理指标的结果均表明扦插苗的抗旱性强于种子苗,且与盆栽试验结果相符。【结论】生理指标可以作为红腺忍冬的抗旱性鉴定的指标之一。To explore the influences of drought stress on physiological and biochemical indexes of Lonicera hypoglauca Miq. Seedlings, and to provide theoretical basis and reference for identification drought resistance and seedlings selection.Artificial control of the soil water content, to study physiological indexes (the content of soluble protein, free proline, malonaldehyde, Chlorophyll) of Lonicera hypoglauca Miq., and give preliminary inference to the drought resistance of the seedlings.Lonicera hypoglauca Miq. with drought stress, the content of soluble protein and Chlorophyll decreased, the content of free proline and malonaldehyde increased can be seen and all that reach 1% significance difference level. Under drought stress, the change range of physiological index of cutting-seedlings was smaller than that of seed seedlings, and all four physiological indexes results showed that cutting-seedling was stronger than seed-seedling in drought resistance, and that was consentaneous with the results of pot experiment.Physiological indexes can be one of identifications for drought resistance of Lonicera hypoglauca Miq.
