微波热凝筛前神经治疗变应性鼻炎42例观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察微波热凝筛前神经治疗变应性鼻炎的效果。方法 :对 4 2例变应性鼻炎患者行微波热凝治疗。结果 :随访一年以上 ,治愈 30例 (71.4 % ) ,显效 8例 (19.1% ) ,有效 4例 (9.5% ) ,有效率为 10 0 %。结论 :微波热凝治疗变应性鼻炎疗效好 ,痛苦少 ,反应轻 ,无并发症 。Objective:[WT5BZ]To observe the effect of microwave treatment of ethmoidal nerve on allergic rhinitis.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]42 patients with allergic rhinitis were treated with ethmoidal herve microwave.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]The follow up period was more than one year.Cure in 30 cases (71.4%),marked effect in 8 cases (19.1%),and improvement in 4 cases (9.5%).The total effective rate was 100%.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]This result indicated that the microwave tissue coagulation in treating allergic rhinitis is an ideal methed.This method produces good curative effect,less pain,light reaction.and no complication. [WT5HZ]
