摘　　要：惠普尔病（WD）是由惠普尔养障体引起的可累及多系统病变的慢性感染性疾病.WD的临床表现多样且无特征性,临床上常被误诊.惠普尔养障体在环境中广泛存在而WD患者却很少见,最近的研究提示,机体的某些免疫病理因素可能在WD的发病机制中起重要作用.了解惠普尔病及其病原体的流行病学、免疫致病机制、临床表现及实验室诊断和治疗等方面的研究进展很重要.The patients with Whipple＆#39;s disease（WD） may appear numerous nonspecific symptoms,so they are often misdiagnosed.Tropheryma Whipplei is a ubiquitous commensal bacterium in the environment,but the cases of WD are very rare.Recent studies have shown that some undefined predisposing immune pathologic factors might play a role in the pathogenesis.This paper reviews the research progress of WD and it＆#39; s pathogen in epidemiology,immunopathology,clinical manifestations,laboratory diagnosis and the treatment of the disease.
