双足第2趾移植再造修复多指缺损的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:介绍双侧足趾同时移植再造修复多指缺损的临床效果。方法:2010年3月～2013年3月,对17例同侧多指缺损患者,1期游离双侧足趾移植再造修复指体缺损。结果:17例共再造34指全部成活,2指术后出现血管危象,1指局部处理后恢复,1指行手术探查切取前臂浅静脉桥接动脉后存活,12指术后3～5个月行整形术,术后随访时间为6～24个月,按照手功能综合评定标准评定:优10指,良19,可5指,优良率85.3%。结论:双侧足趾移植再造修复多指缺损,是当前再造手指诸多方法中比较理想的方法。Objective：To introduce the clinical effects , repair defect of multiple fingers with transferring two second toes reconstructed . Methods：From August 2010 to June 2013 ,17 multiple defect fingers were repaired with two second toes at the one operation .Results：All the 34 fingers survived , Postoperative vascular crisis occurred in two fingers which survived after surgical exploration and re -anastomosis of the vessels .Plasty was done in 16 fingers 3 months to 5 months after the primary surgery .Postoperative follow -up ranged from 6 months to 24 months, According to the hand functional evaluation criteria , the results of group were graded as excellent in 10 fingers, good in 19 fingers and fair in 5, with 85.3%overall excellent and good rate .Conclusion：It might be a good way that repair defect of multiple＆amp;nbsp;fingers with transferring two second toes reconstructed .
