摘　　要：目的:利用彩超检查区分异位妊娠类型,指导临床选择治疗手段。方法:选择近两年我院超声及病理诊断57例宫外孕患者对其超声表现类型进行分析。结果:57例宫外孕患者经腹部及阴道超声检查相结合探查,图像表现主要分为3种类型:(1)破裂大出血型(13例);(2)流产型(13例);(3)未破裂型(31例),其中未破裂型占总数54%。结论:超声能有效的区分异位妊娠的类型,通过超声不同分型临床可以采取更得当及有效的治疗方法。Objective：To use color Doppler ultrasound examination to distinguish types of ectopic pregnancy , guide clinical treatment . Methods：Selecting nearly two years our ultrasound and pathological diagnosis of 57 patients with ectopic pregnancy sonographic types were analyzed .Results：In 57 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy by transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasonography combined detection , image representation is mainly divided into 3 types：（1） rupture type （13 cases）;（2） abortion type （13 cases）;（3） not rupture type （31 cases）, which accounted for 54% of unruptured.Conclusion：Ectopic pregnancy ultrasound could effectively differentiate types through different types of clinical ultrasound can adopt a more appropriate and effective treatment methods .
