摘　　要：目的 探讨闭式分离术后再狭窄患者经皮二尖瓣球囊成形术（PBMV）的疗效。方法 对5例闭式分离术后再狭窄患者行PBMV治疗。结果 二尖瓣瓣口面积由0．73±0．23cm2增至1．48±0．16cm2（P＜0．01），心功能由（2．81±0．12）级改善至（1．31±0．21）级（P＜0．01）。结论 对二尖瓣闭式分离术后再狭窄患者行PBMV治疗是一种行之有效的方法。Objective To evaluate the effect of percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty PBMV on recurrent mitral valve stenosis MS after closed mitral commissurotomy CMC． Methods PBMV was performed on 5 patients with mitral restenosis after CMC． Results After valvuloplasty the area of mitral valve increased from 0．73±0．23cm2 to 1．48±0．16cm2P＜0．01 the grade of cardiac function NYHA increased from 2．81±0．12 to 1．31±0．21 P＜0．01． Conclusion PBMV is a safe and effective procedure for patients with recurrent mitral stenosis after CMC．
