北京居住区交流活动空间存在的问题及其解决对策

摘　　要：当今社会，随着交通工具、通讯设施的飞速发展，人们的生活圈子已经远远突破了地域的限制，越来越多的交往发生在远离社区的外部环境中，以往繁荣的邻里交往已经愈发难以见到：在此种奈件下，重塑社区以往的繁荣，增加邻里间的交往，就变成了一个棘手的课题。在此种前提下，在社区中设计出合理、好用的交流活动空间就成为了创造邻里交往的先决条件。然而在调查中我们发现，北京住区中的交流空间却普遍存在着这样那样的为题。本文将结合作者在调研中所的返现，分析北京居住区交流活动空间所存在的问题，并提出解决对策。In today society, with the rapid development of transport, communications facilities, people＇s life has been far from breaking the geographical constraints, communication increasingly happens away from the community in the external environment, the neighborhood has become more difficult to see the past prosperity. In such conditions, rebuilding community past prosperity, increased communication between the neighbours, becomes a knotty problem. In this premise, the design in the community a reasonable, good communication space become a prerequisite to create neighborhood association. However in the investigation we found that, Beijing residential area in the space communication is generally exist such as. In this paper, combined with the author in the investigation of the return is, analysis of existing residential district of Beijing exchanges space problems, and proposes the solution countermeasure.
