摘　　要：发展现代物流业,需要大量的物流专业人才。而目前物流专业人才十分紧缺,影响了物流产业发展。高职院校应抓住人才培养的核心,主动适应社会发展的需要,构建科学的人才培养质量保障体系。我国物流产业需要多层次的物流管理人才,高职院校应结合高职教育的实际情况和社会需要,培养物流作业基层管理人才。学校与企业合作,共同构建物流专业教学质量保障体系,共同开展教学质量管理活动,使高职物流专业培养的毕业生更加适合企业的要求。The development of modern logistics industry needs a large number of logistics talents, and now they are needed badly, this has greatly influenced the logistic expanding. Higher vocational colleges should grasp the core of personnel training, actively meet the needs of social development, and construct the quality assurance system of the scientific talents＇ training. In China, multi-level logistics management talents are needed. Higher vocational colleges should combine with the actual situation and social needs, and train the grass-roots logistics management personnel. Colleges and companies should cooperate to construct the teaching quality assurance system and implement the teaching quality management activity to make the students be more suitable for the requirements of enterprises.
