体外循环中止血芳酸对血小板的保护作用

摘　　要：目的　探讨止血芳酸在体外循环中对血小板的保护作用及其临床意义。方法　测定止血芳酸组和对照组血小板数量、出血量和输血量 ,及体外循环前后血浆α 颗粒膜蛋白 (GMP 140 )、血栓烷B2(TXB2 )和 6 酮 前列腺素F1α(6 k PGF1α)的浓度变化。结果　体外循环术后血小板计数组明显高于对照组 ,出血量明显少于对照组 ;GMP 140、TXB2 上升幅度小于对照组 ,二者相比差异显著 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　止血芳酸在体外循环术中可以起到保护血小板、减少术后出血的作用。Objective: To evaluate the effect of acidium para aminomethylben zoicum (PAMBA) on platelet protection during cardiopulmonary (CPB), and its clinical significance. Methods: Count of platelet, amount of blood loss and transfusion were recorded after CPB. GMP 140, TXB2 and 6 k PGF1a were assessed before and after CPB. Results: Count of platelet in PAMBA group was higher than that in control group (P< 0 05). Amount of blood loss in PAMBA group was significantly decreased than that in control group (P<0 05). The GMP 140 and TXB 2 in PAMBA group were lower than that in control group (P<0 05). Conclusion: PAMBA shows protective effect on platelet during CPB and reduces blood loss after open heart surgery.
