摘　　要：急性腰部伤筋作为一种与现代社会相伴随的骨伤科常见病、多发病,属中医"瘀血腰痛"范畴,占临床腰痛的12%以上,占骨伤科门诊量的10%。分析急性腰部伤筋的常见类型,介绍手法治疗、针灸治疗、中药治疗、物理治疗方法。需进一步围绕手法、中药及针灸等治疗方案研究探索,制定更安全、简便、有效、操作性较强的规范疗法,合理有效的指导急性腰部筋伤的临床治疗应用。Acute lower back muscle injury as a modern society, accompanied with orthopedic common disease, is a Chinese ＂bleeding back pain＂ category, accounting for more than 12% of clinical low back pain, 10% of orthopedic outpatients . Common types of acute lumbar muscle injury, introduces manual therapy, acupuncture, herbal therapy, physical therapy methods. Drawn from the current problems, we need further studies to explore the way around, Chinese medicine and acupuncture in the treatment of acute lower back muscle injury normative aspects of the program established to develop a variety of safe, simple, effective, strong operational norms therapy , reasonable and effective guidance acute lumbar muscle injury clinical applications.
