三九三伏贴敷治疗肺系疾病60例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察三九三伏贴敷治疗肺系疾病疗效。[方法]对60例患者(慢性阻塞性肺病13例、慢性支气管炎14例、支气管哮喘25例、慢性肺源性心脏病4例、间质性肺病4例),行三九三伏贴敷。观测临床症状积分。1疗程后。判定疗效。随访半年,观测发作次数及程度。[结果]显效29例,有效23例,无效8例,总有效率86.67%。[结论]三九三伏贴治疗肺系疾病,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe curative effect to lung disease after acupoint application in three dogdays and three nine-days . [ Methods ] 60 patients （ 13 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （ copd ）, 14 cases of chronic bronchitis , 25 cases of bronchial asthma, 4 cases of chronic cot pulmonale , 4 cases of interstitial lung disease ） take acupoint application in three dogdays and three nine-days. Observe and accumulate clinical symptoms . Judge curative effect after 1 course of treatment. Follow up for half a year, pay attention to frequency of breaking out and it＇s degree. [ results ] 29 cases were markedly effective, 23 cases were effective, 8 showed no effect, the total effective rate was 86.67% . [ Conclusion ] Acupoint application in three dogdays and three nine-days which is used to treat lung disease, showing high satisfactory of curative effect but without side effect, is worth promoting.
