健脾合剂对脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎免疫干预机制影响临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察健脾合剂对脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎免疫干预机制影响疗效。[方法]采用前瞻性设计方法,对100例住院患者使用健脾合剂,150mL/次,3次/d,口服。连续治疗20d为1疗程。观察临床症状、血T细胞亚群、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈20例,显效50例,有效15例,无效15例,总有效率85.00%。CD3+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+治疗后均有改善(P<0.05)。[结论]健脾合剂治疗脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎,具有免疫调节作用,提高Ts细胞,缓解溃疡性结肠炎免疫反应和变态反应导致的临床症状。[ Objective ] To observe the spleen mixture curative effect of pixu type ulcerative colitis. [ Methods ] Adopt forward-looking design method, 100 cases of hospitalized patients with spleen mixture, 150 ml/time, 3 times/d, oral. Continuous treatment of 20 d 1 course of treatment. To observe the clinical symptoms, blood T cell subsets, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] 20 cases were cured, 50 cases markedly effective, 15 cases, 15 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 85%. The CD3＋, CD8＋, CD4 ＋ / CD8 ＋ were improved after treatment （ P〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] The spleen mixture to treat ulcerative colitis, pixu （ spleen deficient ） have immunomodulatory effect, improve the Ts cells, immune response and mitigation ulcerative colitis clinical symptoms caused by allergy.
