摘　　要：[目的]建立决明降脂片中何首乌2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷含量测定方法。[方法]采用迪马-C18(150mm×4.6μm);流动相:乙腈一水(25:75);流速:1mL/min;检测波长:320nm;柱温:常温。[结果]回收率RSD=1.16%,重复性RSD=1.78%,精密度RSD=1.35%,稳定性RSD=1.51%。限定决明降脂片中2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷含量不得低于2.5mg。[结论]高效液相色谱法测定决明降脂片何首乌2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷含量,结果准确、可靠,可用于决明降脂片质量控制。[ Objective ]To establish a method for determing the content of 2, 3, 5, 4 ＇four hydroxyl two styrene-2-O-beta D-glycosidase in Juemingjiangzhi Pian. [ Methods ] The analysis was carried out on DIMA-C18 （ β ） .The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-H20 （25 ： 75 ）The samples that had been treated by HPLC , desighate 320nm as measuring wavelength. [ Results ] The related standard deviation （ RSD ） was 1.13%.The contents of 2, 3, 5, 4＇-tetera-hydroxystilbene-2-O- β -D-glucoside in 3 batches samples were determined, and the2, 3, 5, in Juemingjiangzhi Pian should not be less than 2.5 accurate, can be applied in quality control. 4＇-tetera-hydroxystilbene-2-O-β -D-glucoside content mg/ piece.
