摘　　要：老年性便秘病因病机为大肠气血壅滞、传导失职、痰湿壅滞、血脉痹阻等,人至老年,津液不足,大肠失润。临床根据标本缓急、虚实、痰瘀轻重情况,灵活变通。老年性便秘虚者居多,为肠失润养、推动无力而致,故以扶正同时结合痰、瘀致病观点配合相应药物进行治疗。The pathogenesis and etiology of Senile constipation are qi stagnation causes blood stasis, unable to transformation and conveyance, dampness phlegm stagnation, obstruction of blood circulation and so on.Aged People often body fluid asthenia and large intestine lose-wetting. Clinical should cure flexibleaccording branch and root, urgent chronic situation, excess deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis.Most of senile constipation are deficiency syndrome because of large intestine lose-wetting without promote.point of strengthen healthy qi and phlegm and blood stasis with matching medication to Cure Senile constipation.
