清金化痰汤联合左氧氟沙星治疗痰热郁肺型社区获得性肺炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察清金化痰汤联合左氧氟沙星治疗痰热郁肺型社区获得性肺炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将42例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组21例左氧氟沙星0.4+0.9%生理盐水或5%葡萄糖250mL,1次/d,静滴。治疗组21例清金化痰汤(黄芩、山栀子各12g,桔梗、麦冬各9g,桑白皮15g,贝母9g,知母、栝楼仁各15g,橘红、茯苓各9g,甘草3g)1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服,左氧氟沙星治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、体温、咳嗽及肺啰音、胸部影像、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈13例,显效6例,有效2例,无效0例,总有效率100%。对照组治愈5例,显效8例,有效5例,无效3例,总有效率85.71%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]清金化痰汤联合左氧氟沙星治疗痰热郁肺型社区获得性肺炎,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the effect of QingJinHuaTanTang together with western medicine therapy on treating CAP （ Phlegm-Heat in Lung ） .[ Methods ] Divide 42 patients of CAP （ Phlegm-Heat in Lung ） into 2 groups （ 21/group ） by randomization.Both groups of patients were treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride injection （ 0.4g/d ） .Treat the control group with pure western medicine.Treat the treatment group with QingJinHuaTanTang（Huangqil2g, Shanzhizil2g, Jeigenggg, Maidonggg, SangbaipilSg, Beimu9g, Zhimul5g, Gualourenl5g, Juhong9g, Fuling9g, Gancao3g） together with western medicine like the control group.The course is 10 days of continuous treatment.The main observation related symptoms, signs and symptoms may be related, chest X-ray or chest CT examination, physical examination and side effect.We treat all the patients for 1 courses continuously.Statistics treatment is made up on all the results. [ Results ] In the treatment group, there arel3 cases of Clinical cured, 6 cases of excellence, 2 cases of effection, and0 casesof no avail.Total effective rate of treatment group is 100%.In the control group, there are 5 cases of Clinical cured, 8 cases of excellence, 5 cases of effection, and 3 cases of no avail.Total effective rate of control group is 85.71%.There were significant differences （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] QingJinHuaTanTang together with western medicine therapy can treat CAP （ Phlegm-Heat in Lung ） , improve the clinical effect and no side effect.
