中西医结合护理同步放化疗中晚期宫颈癌临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察中西医结合护理同步放化疗中晚期宫颈癌效果。[方法]对36例同步放化疗治疗晚期宫颈癌住院患者,情志护理、饮食调护、阴道灌洗、口腔黏膜护理、放射野皮肤护理等中西医结合护理措施。[结果]2例自行终止治疗,34例顺利完成治疗。[结论]中晚期宫颈癌同步放化疗期间加强中西医结合护理,做好预防,发现不良反应及时处理,可确保治疗顺利进行,效果满意,无副作用,值得推广。[ objective ] To study the chemoradiation therapy combining Chinese and western medicine nursing care of patients with locally advanced cervical cancer. [ Methods ] 36 cases of chemoradiation therapy in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer, to give in combination with psychological nursing, diet nursing care measures, vaginal lavage, oral mucosa, skin care nursing of radiation field of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. [ Results ] 2 cases to terminate treatment, the remaining 34 cases were successfully completed treatment. [ Conclusion ] Strengthening the nursing care during treatment of patients with combinationof Chinese traditional and Western medicine, prevention, possible, to ensure the smooth progress of the treatment.
