辨证分型治疗高血压随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察辨证分型治疗高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将112例门诊患者按随机数字表法为两组。对照组56例肝肾阴虚-杞菊地黄丸,72g/次,3次/d;肝阳上亢-当归龙荟丸,3g/次,2次/d;阴阳两虚-金匮肾气丸,2g/次,2次/d。治疗组56例肝肾阴虚-杞菊地黄汤;肝阳上亢-天麻钩藤饮;阴阳两虚-六味地黄汤;1剂/d,水煎100mL,早晚口服。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈43例,显效6例,有效2例,无效5例,总有效率91.07%。对照组治愈27例,显效5例,有效9例,无效15例,总有效率73.21%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证分型治疗高血压效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe of Chinese medicine medicinal broth curative effect for the treatment of high blood pressure. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, the 112 clinic patients according to random number table method for the two groups. Control group 56 cases take proprietary Chinese medicine liver and kidney Yin deficiency hypertension take qi chrysanthemum rehmannia pill, 72 g/time, 3 times/d. Liver Yang syndrone hypertension take angelica dragon hui pills, 3 g/time, 2 times/d. Yin and Yang are two hypertensive kidney shot golden clothing, 2 g/time, 2 times/d. Treatment group （ 56 cases of Chinese herbal medicinal broth ： liver and kidney Yin deficiency type hypertension to qi chrysanthemum when treatment, liver Yang syndrone hypertension in gastrodia elata uncaria drink therapy, both Yin and Yang deficiency type hypertension in liuwei dihuang decoction, all agent l/d, boiling water 100 ml, oral sooner or later. 15 d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. 4 courses of continuous treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group 43 cases cured, 6 cases were markedly effective, effective in 2 cases, invalid in 5 cases, total effective rate was 91.07%. Control group cure 27 cases, 5 cases were markedly effective, effective 9 cases, 15 cases, total effective rate was 73.21%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Type differentiation and herbal medicinal broth. [ Conclusion ] Treatment of high blood pressure effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
