摘　　要：[目的]观察辨证分型推拿治疗脑卒中疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将150例实施辨证推拿疗法,依据《中医推拿疗法对中风后遗症期不同证型患者疗效比较与规范化研究》辨证分型分为肝阳上亢型、气虚血瘀型、风痰阻络型、阴虚风动型、肝肾阴虚型等五组每组30例,并据此制定治疗方案。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、运动功能、日常生活能力、不良反应。连续治疗6疗程,判定疗效。[结果]五组治疗前后运动功能和日常生活能力均有所改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中肝阳上亢型、气虚血瘀型患者改善效果最好(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证推拿治疗脑卒中效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the differentiation massage treatment the curative effect of cerebral apoplexy. [ Methods ] 150 cases of the implementation of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine massage therapy, on the basis of the traditional Chinese medicine massage therapy for patients with stroke sequela period different syndrome types, comparison and standardization research, dialectical classification is divided into liver Yang qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrone type, wind phlegm obstruction collaterals, Yin pneumatic type, liver and kidney Yin deficiency type and other five groups 30 cases in each group, and on the basis of making treatment plan. Continuous treatment of 7 d for 1 course of treatment. By the fixed clinical rehabilitation doctor contrast before and after treatment 6 on Friday set of motor function in patients with （ Fngl - Meyer movement function score, FM ） and daily life ability （ modified Barthel index （ MBI ） . 6 courses of continuous treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] Five groups before and after treatment in patients with motor function and daily life ability are improved, statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）, in which the liver Yang syndrone patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type best improvement effect （ P 〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Syndrome massage therapy stroke effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
