摘　　要：慢性肾功能不全是以脾肾两虚为本,夹杂湿浊血瘀等实邪内蕴,为本虚标实之证。补益脾肾为本,兼泄浊化瘀,配合保留灌肠、结肠透析、熏蒸药浴、中药热熨、隔药灸等外治法,使生活质量得到提高。The deficiency of spleen and kidney is the basic pathogenesis which happens throughout the whole course of chronic renal failure and may further cause excessive pathogens like turbid dampness and blood stasis in the interior. As a result, chronic renal failure is syndrome of deficiency ben and excessive biao. The treatment should focus on tonifying the spleen and the kidney, as well as dissipating stasis and purging turbidity, cooperating with external therapy of traditional Chinese Medicine appropriately.
