止血散胃管注入联合西药治疗上消化道出血随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察止血散胃管注入治疗上消化道出血疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组40例奥美拉唑40mg+100mL 0.9%氯化钠,静滴,1次/d。二乙酰氨乙酸乙二胺600mg+250mL 0.5%葡萄糖,静滴,1次/d。重度出血口服肾上腺素或凝血酶,必要时补充血容量。治疗组40例自拟止血方(三七粉、白及粉、生大黄粉各5g),加100mL 0.9%氯化钠,调匀,经胃管注入,并闭管2h,2次/d。西医治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、大便隐血试验、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈17例,显效13例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%,对照组痊愈11例,显效12例,有效9例,无效8例,总有效率80.00%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]止血散治疗消化道出血效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] Observed hemostatic powder in treating upper gastrointestinal bleeding effect. [ Method ] Using randomized controlled method, 80 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups. Control group, 40 cases of omeprazole ＋ ethylenediamine diaceturate intravenously. Treatment group 40 cases since the proposed hemostatic square （ notoginseng powder, white and pink, rhubarb each 5g ）, adding 100mL 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection, mix thoroughly, through the tube into and closed tube 2h, 2 times / d. Western medicine with the control group. 7d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, fecal occult blood test. Continuous treatment of a course of treatment, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] The cure 17 cases, effective in 13 cases, 8 cases, 2 cases, the total effective rate was 95% in the control group cured 11 cases, 12 cases markedly effective in 9 cases, 8 cases, the total efficiency of 80% the treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] scattered in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding bleeding effect is remarkable, it is widely in clinical practice.
