电针联合止痛散蒸汽浴治疗腰椎间盘突出症89例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察电针联合止痛散蒸汽浴治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。[方法]将89例住院患者采用电针联合止痛散蒸汽浴治疗。蒸汽浴，止痛散延胡索、川芎、没药、红花、赤木、木通、草乌、木瓜、独活、羌活、伸筋草、荆芥、防风、细辛、牛膝、冰片、路路通等。药浴盒中加热，调至合适温度，20～25min／次，2次／d。理疗后2h行电针，俯卧于病床，充分暴露背部，常规消毒，选取大肠俞、委中、阿是穴及相应配穴，采用相应的补泻手法，加低频电疗仪，留针15～20min，1次／d。连续治疗1周为1疗程。观察临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程，判定疗效。[结果]治愈34例，好转49例，无效6例，总有效率达93．26％。[结论]电针联合止痛散蒸汽浴治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著，值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy on electro acupuncture combining with Traditional Chinese medicine therapy treating lumbar inteverbral disc protrusion. [ Methods ] The 89 case of lumbar intervertertebral disc protrusion, who are given electro acupuncture combining with traditional Chinese medicine therapy, on their The waist and lower extremities. A week a threatment course, to observe two courses, gave a evalvation after the period of treatment. [ Results ] The completely and remarkably effective are 34 and 49.The 6 are not effect. Total effective rate are 93.26%. [ Conclusion ] Electro acupuncture combining with Traditional Chinese medicine therapy should be extensively applied in the chinic beaeause of its exact therapeutic effect on treating lumhar intervertebral disc proturusion.
