辨证分型推拿治疗脑卒中后遗症随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察辨证分型推拿治疗脑卒中后遗症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将100例住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组50例针对患者上肢、下肢、背部实施推拿治疗，0．5～1min／次，3次／d。治疗组50例辨证分型为肝阳上亢、气虚血瘀、风痰阻络、阴虚风动、肝肾阴虚等五型，并据此制定治疗方案。均沿督脉、膀胱经施滚法、一指禅推法、弹拔法；0．5～1min／次，3次／d。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测运动功能（Fugl—Meyer运动功能评分，FM）、日常生活能力（改良Barthel指数，MBI）变化情况、不良反应。连续治疗6疗程，判定疗效。[结果]运动功能、生活能力改善情况两组均有改善（P〈0．05），治疗纽改善明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]辨证分型推拿治疗脑卒中后遗症效果显著，优于常规推拿疗法，值得推广使用。[ Objective ] To observe the differentiation of massage therapy for stroke sequela efficacy. [ Methods ] random parallel control method, 100 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups. Control group of 50 cases of conventional massage therapy . For patients with upper and lower limbs, back implementation of massage therapy , 0.5 - 1min / time, 3 times / d. Treatment group of 50 patients divided into hyperactivity syndrome type type , blood stasis type , wind phlegm type , Yin wind type , such as liver and kidney five types , and accordingly a treatment plan . All along Du, the bladder Shi rolling method, one finger pushing method, plucked law ; 0.5 - 1 min / time, 3 times / d. 7d is a continuous course of treatment. Observations motor function （ Fugl-Meyer motor function score , FM ）, activities of daily living （ Barthel Index improved , MBI ） changes, adverse reactions. 6 courses of continuous treatment to determine efficacy. [ Results ] motor functions , the ability to improve the living conditions were improved in both groups （ P〈0.05 ）, improvement in the treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] dialectical massage therapy stroke sequela significant effect, superior to conventional massage therapy , should be introduced.
