中西医结合诊治糖尿病肾病研究概况

摘　　要：从中、西医两种不同的角度对糖尿病肾病病因病机、病理机制、治疗等方面的认识,结合特色诊疗进行分析整理。近现代各医家综合评价中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效及其安全性,探讨中医辨证用药规律,从而为糖尿病肾病的诊疗提供更广阔的研究前景。From this article elaborated the modern subject, from the Angle of western medicine are two different understand of the etiology and pathogenesis, combined with the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment and other aspects of diabetic nephropathy, treatment were analyzed. Each subject that modern comprehensive evaluation of the efficacy of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of diabetic nephropathy and its safety, to explore the rule of traditional Chinese medicine drugs, which provide more for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy wide research prospects.
