摘　　要：张忠辉教授认为情志失调、饮食不节、劳伤虚损、年老精亏,影响心、肝、肾等脏腑功能,肝阳上亢、肝肾阴虚、阴阳两虚、痰浊内蕴,发为高血压病;提出"虚证宜潜阳降压;实证宜清肝泻火"的独到见解,调肝与理脾共施,兼顾活血、补气、消疲、通络,酌配降压药,调畅情志,控制饮食,注重分型,在组方遣药配伍中注意配伍、剂量比例,临床疗效显著,值得推广。Professor Zhang Zhonghui thinks emotion disorders, improper diet, essence of internal lesion caused by overexertion is deficient, the elderly, affect zang-fu organs such as heart, liver and kidney＇ s function, liver Yang syndrone, liver and kidney Yin deficiency, Yin and Yang both deficiency, phlegm turbidity embodiment, lead to hypertension. He put forward the original ideas of ＂deficiency syndrome should be latent Yang step-down.while the empirical should purging fire of liver＂ , the liver and spleen were applied, both activating blood, tonifying qi, eliminate fatigue, dredge venation, action with antihypertcnsive medicine, control both emotion and diet, pay attention to both classification and the compatibility in formula sent medicine compatibility, dose rate, the clinical curative effect is distinct, worthy of promotion.
