活血解毒方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎及对“瘀毒”证P16、p21、c-met表达影响多中心对照观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察活血解毒方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效及肠上皮化生、异型增生及邻近正常胃黏膜组织P16、p21、c-met蛋白表达与“瘀毒”证、非“瘀毒”证相关性。[方法]按流行病学调查与“以方测证”方法，将65例病理确诊为慢性萎缩性胃炎门诊患者分为“瘀毒”证与非“瘀毒”证组，使用活血解毒方（刺猬皮12g，丹参20g，红花、黄连、蚤休各9g，白花蛇舌草、蒲公英各15g）．1剂／d。水煎100-150mL，3次／d，口服。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测胃黏膜组P16、p21、c-met蛋白表达。连续治疗2疗程．判定疗效。[结果]P21、p16、c-met蛋白表达瘀毒组军高于非瘀毒组（P〈0．05）。使用活血解毒方治疗后P21、c-met蛋白表达两组均有降低（P〈0．05），组间无明显差异（P〉0．05）；p16两组均有升高（P〈0．05）瘀毒组高于非瘀毒（P〈0．05）。[结论]活血解毒方可改变P16、p21、c-met蛋白表达，P16、p21、c-met蛋白表达可作为慢性萎缩性胃炎“瘀毒”证中医辨证的参考指标。[ Objective ] To observe the curative effect of ＂Jiedu Huoxue Decoction＂ in treating chronic atrophic gastritis and intestinal metaplasia, dysplasia and the adjacent normal gastric mucosa tissue P16, p21, c-Met protein expression and ＂toxin stasis syndrome＂, ＂non toxic stasis＂ card association. [ Methods ] According to epidemiological investigation and ＂to test certificate＂ method, 65 patients with pathologically diagnosed as chronic atrophic gastritis patients divided into ＂toxin stasis syndrome＂ and ＂non toxic stasis＂ syndrome group, use Hnoxue Jiedu recipe （hedgehog skin 12g, Salvia 20g, safflower, Coptis chinensis, Rhizoma Paridis each 9g, Hedyotis diffusa, dandelion all 15g）, 1 doses of/d, water simmer in water 100 - 150mL, 3 /d, oral. Continuous treatment with 15d for 1 courses. Expression of P16, p21, c-Met protein was observed in gastric mucosa. Continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Results ] Expression of P21, p16, c-Met protein toxin stasis military group than non Blood Stasis Toxin group （P 〈 0.05）. The use of Huoxue Jiedu recipe after treatment with P21, tile expression of c-met protein in two groups were decreased （P 〈 0.05）, no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）; p16 two group were higher （P 〈 0.05） toxin stasis group than that in the non blood stasis toxin （P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Huoxue Jiedu recipe can change the P16, p21, c-Met protein expression, the expression of P16, p21, c-Met protein can be used as chronic atrophic gastritis ＂toxin stasis syndrome＂ reference index.
