补肾壮骨汤联合西药治疗原发性骨质疏松症随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察补肾壮骨汤联合西药治疗原发性骨质疏松症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将56例住院及门诊患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组28例阿法骨化醇胶囊,首次0.25μg/次,1次/d;逐渐增加剂量直至2μg/d。钙尔奇D,0.75g/次,1次/d。治疗组28例补肾壮骨汤(当归、熟地各10g,黄芪30g,茯苓22g,白术13g,白芍15g,炙甘草、陈皮各10g,山药12g,薏苡仁15g,牛膝12g,补骨脂、巴戟天、龟板各10g);1剂/d,水煎200mL,3次/d。西药治疗同对照组。两组均连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效18例,有效6例,无效4例,总有效率85.70%。对照组显效10例,有效7例,无效11例,总有效率60.71%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]补肾壮骨汤联合西药治疗原发性骨质疏松症效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] Bushenzhuanggutang combined western medicine treatment of primary osteoporosis treatment. [ Methods ] random parallel control method, 56 cases of inpatient and outpatient by a coin toss randomly divided into two groups . The control group 28 cases alfacalcidol capsules, for the first time 0.25 ug/ second, 1 / d; gradually increase the dose until 2ug / d. Caltrate D, 0.75g / times, 1 times / d. Treatment group, 28 patients Bushenzhuanggutang （Danggui, Shudi each 10g, Huangqi 30g, Fuling 22g, Baishu 13g, Baishao 15g, Zhigancao, Chenpi each lOg, Shanyao 12g, Yiyiren 15g, Niuxi 12g, Buguzhi, Bajitian, Guiban each lOg ） ; ldoes/d, decoction 200mL, 3 times / d. Western medicine with the control group . 30d continuous treatment in both groups as a course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment , to determine efficacy . [ Results ] 18 cases markedly effective in 6 cases , 4 cases , the total efficiency of 85.70% . The control group 10 cases markedly effective in 7 cases, 11 cases , the total efficiency 60.71% . Treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05） . [ Conclusion ] Bushenzhuanggutang combined western medicine treatment of primary osteoporosis, the effect is significant and should be introduced.
