中医特色护理在脑梗塞患者康复期随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察中医特色护理脑梗塞康复期效果。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组。对照组50例神经内科护理常规西医护理。治疗组50例中医特色护理,予以护理观察、七情护理、饮食护理、生活护理等方法。两组均连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、体征、神经功能缺损评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定效果。[结果]治疗组基本痊愈12例,显效24例,有效12例,无效22例,总有效率96.00%。对照组基本痊愈8例,显效15例,有效20例,无效7例,总有效率86.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中医特色护理脑梗塞康复期患者效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing of cerebral infarction patients in rehabilitationperiod effect. [ Methods ] Using of random parallel control method, the method and were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table, 100 cases of hospitalized patients. The control group of 50 cases of neurological department of internal medicine nursing routine westernmedici nenursing.The treatment groupof 50 cases of TCM nursing care, emotional nursing, diet nursing, , diet nursing and so on.Two groups were treated for 4 weeks as 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, signs, neurological deficit score, adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, the effect evaluation. [ Results ] The treatment group were cured 12 cases, effective in 24 cases, effective 12 cases, invalid 22 cases, the total efficiency of 96%. The control group 8 cases were basically cured, 15 cases markedly effective, effective 20 cases, invalid 7 cases, the total efficiency of 86%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P〈0.05 ） ） . [ Conclusion ] TCM nursing care of cerebral infarction patients in recovery stage effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
