彩色多普勒超声联合钼靶X线检查对乳腺癌的诊断价值探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声与钼靶X线摄影两种检查方法联合应用对乳腺癌诊断的应用价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析84例经术后病理证实为乳腺癌的女性患者的术前彩色多普勒超声、钼靶X线检查的结果,统计两种方法的诊断符合率及联合诊断符合率。结果:84例乳腺癌患者,超声诊断符合67例(符合率79.7%),钼靶X线诊断符合65例(符合率77.3%),二者联合应用诊断符合78例(符合率92.8%),联合应用两种方法诊断符合率高于单项检查方法(P<0.05),两种单项检查的诊断符合率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:两种检查方法诊断乳腺癌各有优势,两者可以优势互补,联合应用检查优于单一方法检查,能显著提高乳腺癌诊断的准确性,具有较高的临床应用价值。Purpose： To explore the role of the combined use of color doppler uhrasonography and mammography in diagnosis of breast cancer. Materials and Methods ： Retrospective analysis the diagnosis of uhrasonography and mammogra- phy of 84 cases of breast cancer which were verified by operation and pathology. Calculate the coincidence rate of diagnosis of two single testing method and the combined use of the two methods. Results ： There are 67 cases of 84 breast cancer were di- agnosed by color doppler uhrasonography（ the coincidence rate was 79.7% ） , There are 65 cases of 84 breast cancer were di- agnosed by mammography（ the coincidence rate was 77.3% ）, There are 78 cases of 84 breast cancer were diagnosed by com- bined use of the two methods（the coincidence rate was 92.8% ）, the coincidence rate of the combined use of the two methods were higher than that of the two single testing method. The difference were significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. And the coincidence rate of the two single testing method had no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Color doppler uhrasonography and mam- mography have their respective advantagesin in diagnosis of breast cancer, they can complement each other with their respec- tive advantages. The combined use of the two testing methods in diagnosis of breast cancer have an advantage over that of the two single testing method. It can improve the diagnosis coincidence rate and has superior clinical application value.
