分析产前超声诊断胎儿泌尿系统发育不良的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:研究分析孕妇进行产前超声检查对胎儿泌尿系统发育不良的临床诊断价值。材料与方法:选取2008年6月至2012年6月期间在我院做产前检查的孕妇697例,均采用3D超声进行系统常规检查,对已呈现胎儿泌尿系统发育不良的声像图记录存档,待病例临床引产后进行病理解剖或者分娩后体检随访时加以证实。结果:30例胎儿泌尿系统发育不良,其中巨大膀胱2例,马蹄肾3例,肾缺如1例,异位肾2例,多囊性肾发育不良4例,肾囊肿4例,多囊肾5例以及肾积水9例。结论:孕妇进行产前超声检查对胎儿泌尿系统发育不良的诊断有着至关重要的作用。Purpose： Make prenatal ultrasound study pregnant women the clinical diagnostic value of dysplasia fetal urinary system. Materials and Methods： Selection during June 2008 to June 2008 in our hospital do antenatal examination of pregnant women, 697 cases, adopt 3 d ultrasonic system routine inspection, for the present record purpose of dysplasia fetal u- rinary system and treat cases clinical after induced labor were confirmed by pathological anatomy during or after childbirth. Results： 30 cases of dysplasia fetal urinary system, including giant bladder in 2 eases, horseshoe kidney （3 cases） , kidney deficiency, such as in 1 case, 2 cases of eetopic kidney, polyeystic renal dysplasia, 4 cases of renal cyst, 4 cases of polycystic kidney in 5 cases and 9 cases of hydronephrosis. Conclusion： Pregnant women for prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of dysplasia fetal urinary system has a vital role.
