低场强MRI在肩周炎检查中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨低场强MRI在肩周炎检查中的临床应用价值。材料与方法:利用日立公司0.3Tesla磁共振扫描仪对40例肩周炎患者进行MRI检查。结果:患病肩关节中MRI检出阳性征象的共38例,对MRI阳性者分组:三角肌肌腱炎5例,肩部滑囊炎组9例,肱二头肌长头腱鞘炎5例,旋转袖组12例,盂肱关节退行性变组5组,肩锁关节积液2例。结论:低场强MRI对肩周炎的诊断和指导治疗提供依据。Purpose： To explore clinical application value of low field strength MRI check on periarthritis of shoul- der. Materials and Methods： Using Hitachi 0. 3 Tesla MRI scans in 40 patients with periarthritis of shoulder with MRI. Results ： MRI detected positive signs in the shoulder joint disease, a total of 38 cases of MRI was grouped ： deltoid tendonitis in 5 cases, 9 cases, shoulder slippery bursa phlogistic group biceps tenosynovitis in 5 cases, rotating sleeve group of 12 cases, jar brachial joint degeneration group 5, 2 cases of the acromioclavicular joint effusion. Conclusion ： Low field strength MRI to provide evidence for the diagnosis and guide treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.
