摘 要:目的:探讨双源CT大螺距血管成像技术对主动脉病变的诊断及临床应用价值。材料与方法:对临床可疑主动脉病变18例患者采用大螺距CTA检查,并对原始数据采用多平面重建(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)和容积再现(VR)后处理技术进行重建。结果:18例患者中共检出主动脉夹层7例,主动脉瘤3例,大动脉炎2例,主动脉壁间血肿2例,主动脉硬化性溃疡1例,正常主动脉3例。所有图像质量优良,患者剂量长度乘积平均约210mGy·cm,有效射线剂量平均约3.15mSv。结论:双源CT大螺距血管成像技术对主动脉病变的诊断具有重要意义,并能有效地降低辐射剂量。Purpose: To explore the value of the Dual-source CT angiography (DSCTA) of high-pitch in diagnosis of aortic disease. Materials and Methods: 18 patients were suspected aortic disease with CTA of high-pich, raw data were dealed with muhiplanar reformation(MPR), curved plannar reformation(CPR), maximum intensity projection(MIP) and vol- ume rendering(VR). Results: The aortic disease in 18 cases included aortic dissection in 7 cases, ortic aneurysm in 3 cases, Takayasu arteritis in 2 cases, aortic intramural hematoma in 2 cases, atherosclerotic aortic ulcer in 1 cases, normal aortic in 3 cases. All the image quality is excellent, and the average effective radiation dose was 3. 15mSv. Conclusion: Dual-source CT angiography of high-pitch is significance in diagnosing aortic diseases, and can significantly reduce radiation dose.
